This lovely gent recently hired us to serve this mouthwatering menu to 60 guests, and he couldn’t have been more fortunate with the weather. The event was right in the midst of the summer heatwave (which has since disappeared – boo!), meaning our cooking time was helped along slightly by the warm weather.
Hog Roast Carluke got everything served up just in time for the celebrations to kick off. And we do mean everything.
On the menu were our famous handmade beef burger patties served with melting cheese and fried onions, butchers’ sausages, marinated spareribs, classic golden fries, and Thai chicken kebabs.
The guests queued with anticipation, excitedly filling their plates with a little bit of everything from the menu. They were so impressed with the flavours and the quality of the food that they couldn’t resist coming back for more.
By the end of food service, our chafing dishes were picked clean. Not a scrap remained, and the guests were in great spirits – full, happy, and satisfied – as we began packing up our equipment.
