Exciting times lie ahead for Hog Roast Airdrie! Our catering manager, Brian and the team are gearing up to cater for a corporate booking at the Laing O’Rourke Project Office in Plains, Airdrie on the 19th of November. With 100 guests expected, it’s going to be a proper feast, and we can’t wait to get stuck in.
We love working with corporate clients: big household names, small start-ups, you name it. Every company has its own style and vibe, and with over 30 years of time-served catering experience, we know how to pull off events of all shapes and sizes. Whether it’s a team lunch, a milestone celebration, or just “because we feel like it,” Hog Roast Airdrie always delivers.
For this booking, we’ll be serving up our trademark hog roast. Think succulent roast pork, crispy crackling, and all the trimmings that make people go back for seconds (and maybe thirds). Of course, we haven’t forgotten our vegetarian and vegan guests. They’ll have grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers (halloumi left out for the vegans) and BBQ pulled jackfruit that’s every bit as satisfying.
But it’s not just mains. Hog Roast Airdrie understands sides are equally important. So we’ll be offering new potatoes or a mix of sweet potato and traditional fries, plus gluten-free rolls for anyone who needs them. And because we like to keep things tidy and eco-friendly, everything will be served on our wooden crockery and cutlery. Stylish, practical, and perfect for any corporate event.
To wash it all down, we’ve been asked to set up a soft drinks station with water and cans of your fizzy faves. From Pepsi and Tango to Fanta and 7Up, guests will be offered one drink each, so everyone stays refreshed while they dig in.
In case you couldn’t tell, we’re really looking forward to bringing the hog roast magic to this event and showing that no corporate booking is too big (or too small!) for our team. Planning and preparing is half the fun, and by the time 19th November rolls around, we’ll be ready to deliver a seamless, delicious, and memorable experience for everyone at Laing O’Rourke.
