This scenario came about from one of our larger partners as they employed Hog Roast Cardenden as the finishing touch on a day spent with a large prospective client for their business. This deal would have meant a whole lot to their business if it could be pulled off, and so they called up the only caterer they trusted to turn out an incredible dining experience that would add that little extra flair to their business proposition – Hog Roast Cardenden!
As the client was shown around the business and details of a deal were loosely discussed throughout the day, our Hog Roast Cardenden chefs were into the building early to immediately get to work on cooking up an impressive roast spread to be fresh and ready for the dining time. Timing had to be perfect on this so that the client could be brought into the room and see a full hog roast already fully cooked and fresh for serving their and then from the spit. As such we had to be on our toes early to give the allotted 4-6 hours necessary for the hog roast to cook to perfection. In the meantime we also freshly prepped the accompanying sides so that a full and impressive looking feast could be arranged afore the client to enjoy at their pleasure. Buttered herb potatoes, fresh slaw, fresh Caesar salad, seasonal veg, side wraps and rolls, side skewers and so much more – all our business partner needed to show their hopeful client as good a time as possible.
Feedback was good, as the client was very impressed and a deal now looks likely. We’ll chalk that as yet another win for Hog Roast Cardenden!
