We’ve catered many an event with our signature food, either as scrumptious pigs in buns (our name for hog roast rolls) or as part of plated meal, and we have many return customers who always order our hog roasts as they’ve become a firm favourite with them. Nevertheless, we do understand the need to offer alternatives, so take a look at our extensive menus and you may be surprised at what you find there.
If you fancy spit-roasted beef, turkey, lamb or chicken, we can easily do that if you prefer, using attachments on our trusty Hog Roast Blantyre hog roast machines. We also have attachments so we can cook you up a traditional barbecue if that’s more your cup of tea, or we can provide a specialty standalone menu instead. You could wow your guests with our Southern Slow Roast, for example – a trio of marinated meats and four sides – or make their taste buds tingle with our Alfresco – three courses including a starter of antipasti meats, cheeses and breads, a buffet-style hog roast and then a choice of desserts.
We also offer tasty homemade alternatives to cater for special diets, like vegetarian grilled halloumi and vegetable wraps, vegan pulled jackfruit buns or even gluten-free pigs in buns! The latter are mostly suitable for those with a gluten intolerance or allergy already, except for the bread part, so we can take along gluten-free rolls and wraps if you simply let us know in advance.
