- Where has been your favourite venue so far?
John claims that Dundas Castle has got to be his favourite venue so far, it is definitely a luxurious venue creating many fairy-tale and enhancing weddings and celebration events. The castle is beautifully historical surrounded by greenery. Catering here with a backdrop as beautiful as the castle was very memorable for John.
2. If you were a customer, which menu would you choose?
John would opt for the southern-inspired Southern Slow Roast. It really gives John the potential to show off his culinary skills with a range of choices completely tailored to what you want. He would have difficulty in choosing which meat options with them all being slowly roasted over a long period of time ensuring a soft and succulent consistency that just melts in the mouth. The marinades and rubs of the meats are super flavourful as well. Beef, pork, ribs, chicken or lamb, whatever the option they are guaranteed to fill your mouth with delicious goodness.
3. Would you like to add anything to the menus in the future?
As a sweet person, John would like to add on his favourite dessert; tablet cheesecake with caramel sauce – scrumptious!
