Specialty Dining For A Customer’s Special Day With Hog Roast Blairgowrie

Weddings are one of the most special occasions in many people’s lives, and so for such an event you really do need the most special type of dining to properly mark the day. With 20 years of experience behind us doing just that, Hog Roast Blairgowrie are your wedding caterers for today. You need only ask folk such as George and Christina, our latest newlyweds of last weekend, to see why Hog Roast Blairgowrie  is the pick of the bunch when it comes to wedding catering.

George and Christina approached the Hog Roast Blairgowrie team late last year when another caterer had cancelled on them. It hurt not to be their first choice of course, but then George had had previous experience with a hog roast before that he hadn’t enjoyed – not from us however! Christina on the other hand is a massive fan, and had already enjoyed our services at a business lunch with her work, so she managed to talk her then fiancé round to the hog roast way of life by coming to Hog Roast Blairgowrie!

Hog Roast BlairgowrieTo give George some choice our menu allowed for both a hog roast option and a beef roast option, which he does typically enjoy. Served buffet style with a bevy of roast potato, pulled jackfruit, seasonal veg, mixed leaves, and homemade coleslaw options our wedding dining service did in fact manage to win George around as he tried both the hog roast and the beef and ended up coming back for seconds on the pork! A win in our books.

Our evening did not finish after the dinner service, either. The late-night roll and filling buffet has become very popular for weddings of late too, and so there are few better ways to inject energy back into the late-night celebrations than a freshly made pulled pork roll taken straight from a hog roast. Now knowing that he loved our roasted pork’s, George was right in there as grooms and brides get the first pick of the lot!

A lovely occasion for lovely people. From all at Hog Roast Blairgowrie, we wish the new Mr and Mrs Harriet team all the best!
