For a seriously tasty treat at any time of the year, you can’t go wrong with a traditional Hog Roast Blantyre hog roast centrepiece. We serve ours throughout every season and in all kinds of weather and we can even serve indoors if the venue is large enough and well-ventilated, so regardless of rain or snow or even when it’s too hot outside, you can enjoy the mouthwatering signature food made by our expert chefs just about anywhere you like.
How do you like your hog roast? If it’s as hog roast rolls, which here at Hog Roast Blantyre we call pigs in buns, you’ll find ours to be just right, with mountains of freshly-cooked meat and crackling inside soft and floury rolls and wraps, topped with our homemade apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing. If you prefer to eat yours alongside seasonal vegetables and potatoes, you can choose your favourites to accompany your meat and trimmings, such as peas, carrots, Brussels sprouts and Dauphinoise or cauliflower, carrots, green beans and roasted new potatoes, or you can decide on fresh salads on the side instead. We can whip up a Greek salad or a heritage tomato and buffalo mozzarella salad or perhaps a classic Caesar would be ideal for your special occasion.
While we make a mean hog roast (and we’re sure your mouth’s watering at the thought of the above) we understand that sometimes our customers and their guests would like something different to be served and that’s where our top-notch alternatives come in, such as spit-roasted beef brisket, a whole English lamb or free-range turkeys or chickens, and we can also cater for all sort of special diets, like with vegetarian grilled skewers, vegan pulled jackfruit or gluten-free pigs in buns. Just let us know any dietary requirements when you book and Bob’s your uncle.
If you fancy some additional courses, we also have a great range of starters, sides, desserts and canapés for you to choose from and we have our own standalone menus on offer to make things even easier. Whatever you’re after, book with Hog Roast Blantyre today.
