Last week, despite Storm Lillian battering us with sideways rain, Hog Roast Kelty remained undeterred. Huddled under our trusty catering gazebo, we were busy cooking up a storm—literally! We were catering for a rugby match, and nothing was going to stop us from delivering a top-notch hog roast. Fans at the match were treated to our delicious hog roast sandwich combo, which featured pulled pork, applesauce, crispy crackling and sage and onion stuffing cooked in the pig’s juices for extra flavour. Our BBQ-pulled jackfruit rolls with coleslaw were a huge hit with the veggies and vegans, ensuring everyone had something to enjoy. And, because we believe no feast is complete without the perfect sides, we added mixed fries that were golden, crispy, and oh-so-satisfying.
