Shaking Up St Paddy’s Day With A Hog Roast Stirling Buffet!

Hog Roast StirlingCorned beef, cabbage, and colcannon washed down with a pint of the black stuff might be the usual St. Patrick’s Day feast, but our latest client, Cal, decided to shake things up this year – and what a cracker party it turned out to be!

Celebrating St. Paddy’s Day in true style, Cal turned his home here in Lanarkshire into a lively Irish haven, complete with shamrock bunting, Irish flags, and a sea of green, white, and orange balloons. The atmosphere was electric, and with 75 guests to entertain, he needed a feast to match the occasion. Enter the Hog Roast Stirling crew, ready to bring the heat – and the flavour!

Rather than sticking to the traditional menu, Hog Roast Stirling went all out with a feast fit for a festival. Our mustard-brushed sirloin, dripping in rich homemade gravy, had guests lining up for seconds! Meanwhile, a 50/50 split of handmade 6oz beef burgers and gourmet sausages meant there was something for every meat lover. But we didn’t stop there. Our famous BBQ-pulled jackfruit buns, topped with a refreshing ‘slaw, ensured that even the non-meat-eaters were well looked after. Add in a spread of freshly prepared salads, creamy coleslaw, and perfectly roasted new potatoes, and this was a St. Patrick’s Day feast to remember!

Hog Roast StirlingThe guests were in their element, piling their plates high and singing our praises between bites. Compliments flew left, right, and centre about the presentation, the flavours, and, of course, the sheer abundance of food on offer. But the magic of the evening wasn’t just in the food – it was in the experience. Our team brought their signature warmth and personality to the event, chatting with guests, offering helpful suggestions, and ensuring that everyone felt right at home. The laughter and banter shared with the guests were just as satisfying as the empty plates returned for more.

And the fun didn’t stop at the dining table. Cal had arranged an array of party games that had everyone in stitches, while classic Irish tunes blared in the background, keeping the spirits high and the feet tapping. Between the delicious feast, the lively entertainment, and the fantastic company, it was a St. Patrick’s Day celebration for the books.

A huge thank you to Cal for letting Hog Roast Stirling be part of such an incredible evening – we had a brilliant time!
