The centrepiece of our event was the fantastic hog roast! The pig was cooked to perfection, with a crispy crackling and tender, juicy meat. The smell that filled the area around us was enough to make everybody ask when the food was being served, it smelled far too delicious! The portions were massive, and nobody could find a single fault with the whole day! I Can’t thank you all enough.
