Family reunions are special occasions that help loved ones to reconnect by sharing laughter, stories, and cherished memories. For our most recent client, Janice, her reunion party on Saturday was particularly momentous as it welcomed back her son Jack and daughter-in-law Molly, who had temporarily moved abroad in 2019 but, due to unforeseen circumstances, including the pandemic, have only just returned home.
To mark their long-awaited return and celebrate the joyous occasion, Janice had organised a grand family party, inviting over 100 relatives and friends to take part in the celebrations. And to ensure that the event was a success, she enlisted Hog Roast Crail to help out with the catering side of things.

As the aromas of the BBQ spread filled the air, guests gathered around the food stations and eagerly indulged in the mouth watering offerings. The communal dining experience brought the entire family together and cultivated a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The spread, which featured homemade British beef burgers, juicy chicken kebabs, gourmet sausages, marinated spareribs and meat-free sliders and bangers was overwhelmingly popular with the guests, and had them queuing for second and even third helpings. They were also impressed by the sides, which consisted of pasta salad, gourmet ‘slaw and freshly made chips, which added the perfect touch of crispy goodness.
The night was filled with warmth and excitement as family members reconnected with Jack and Molly after their long absence. As laughter and hugs filled the air, the couple revealed a surprise announcement that had everyone raising their glasses in cheer – they were expecting a baby! The room erupted with joy and love, making the reunion even more special.
