A Feast Fit For A King Thanks To Hog Roast East Linton

For a tasty treat that so many of the guests at your next special occasion will love, you simply can’t go wrong with one of our mouthwatering, traditional centrepiece Hog Roast East Linton hog roasts. Freshly-prepared directly at your venue by our highly-experienced, qualified experts, by massaging the meat with plenty of water to keep it moist and then smothering it in salt, which creates that lovely crispy crackling, one of our hog roasts will surely be the highlight of your party or event and will have everyone talking about it for a long time afterwards.

Hog Roast East LintonNevertheless, we don’t only offer hog roasts, despite it being a part of our name! Hog Roast East Linton is all about offering much choice and variety too, to ensure that everyone invited to your function can enjoy tasty, homemade food, made from fresh, high-quality ingredients. We often use local produce where we can too, and we always use local meat that we source from trusted suppliers of butchers and farmers that we’ve had long-standing relationships with.

If you’re inviting guests who prefer not to eat pork, we can slowly roast other meat such as turkey, chicken, lamb or beef, or we can serve one of our specialty menus, like our Southern Slow Roast or Loaded Fries. Fancy several courses, like handmade canapĂ©s, or hot or cold starters, sides or desserts? We have a great array to choose from. Plus if you’ll have guests attending who have intolerances, allergies or on self-imposed diets like vegan or vegetarian, just let us know when you book and we can help you to decide which of our amazing alternatives to make and serve to them on the day.

On Sunday afternoon, our dedicated Hog Roast East Linton chef and catering assistant worked hard to create a scrumptious feast for one of our long-term customers. As a hog sizzled to perfection over several hours, we prepared garden-fresh vegetables and chunks of halloumi to also make a vegetarian option of veggie skewers, cooked our spicy sweet potato wedges and prepared our version of coleslaw. By 4pm, the guests couldn’t wait to dig in and then they were queuing up for seconds too.
