As a local startup ourselves we at Hog Roast Clackmannan never forget our roots and always have the utmost admiration for any of our corporate clients that come from grassroots like us. So when we get a call from a new independent business looking to celebrate their 2 years of service with a party and some fine dining from a caterer like Hog Roast Clackmannan, we are of course more than ready to say yes in a heartbeat.
That was the case this past week as Hog Roast Clackmannan came out to support a local business in their anniversary party. They called us up a couple of months ago asking if we could serve a party of their 16 employees plus spouses/extra guests, and we were more than happy to accommodate. The team had booked out a hotel for their team with the expectation of around 40 guests in attendance. The celebration was to be headed by the founding team who took to the head of the table and started the night off with congratulatory speeches and gave thanks to all those that had helped them to start and grow over the last 2 years. It was clear that everyone in that room meant a lot to them, something that we at Hog Roast Clackmannan understand a lot about having been fortunate to grow to multiple franchises over the last 20+ years – but you never forget where you came from and those that helped you along the way.
After speeches it was our turn to show our thanks to the team with our formal hog roast menu served to all guests. Made fresh that day, our hog roast was served with our own homemade sage and onion stuffing, golden bubbling crackling, our freshly made apple sauce, herb dressed new potatoes, homemade gourmet coleslaw, seasonal mixed vegetable and a Caesar salad. Dessert consisted of a choice of our own cheesecake or sticky toffee pudding thereafter.
After the formal dining services the team let loose a little more thanks to a small drinks service provided by our Hog Roast Clackmannan team before we then packed up and left them to it.
We would like to congratulate them on 2 years and we are sure we will see them for future corporate events soon.
