A caterer’s favourite occasion is one where they get to pull out every trick in their book, and wedding dining so often provides just that opportunity. At Hog Roast Crieff we lavish in being able to provide the best of ourselves to weddings and we will always do all we can to make a bride and groom’s wedding weekend as special as possible with our dining. Sometimes that means going beyond even just the wedding day itself, as we will also help to nurse those post wedding sore heads and hangovers back to full health with a morning after brunch/lunch service for the groom and bridal parties and close family members.
For an example of just that you only need look as far back as last week when our Hog Roast Crieff team came out to the Ayrshire coast to cater for Kyle and Leandra’s wedding. Kyle and Leandra went for the full wedding package with a drinks and canapes service to start, a set dining service for dinner with the best hog roast mains in all of Ayrshire, a dessert of both the sweet and savoury variety, and even a late-night buffet with hog roast rolls, bacon rolls, and gourmet sausage rolls as well to help soak up all the alcohol and keep the party running even further into the night.
And go on the party indeed did, but thankfully our Hog Roast Crieff were around the next morning to again help the post wedding recovery with a gourmet barbecue brunch service for the closer family members and wedding party members. Yes, even beyond our wedding night duties our Hog Roast Crieff team were back out on the road early the next morning to arrive to the wedding party’s hotel and start grilling up some delicious meats and prepare some fresh salads and slaws, some juicy kebabs, and plenty of fried and roast potatoes. We had a buffet table laid out so that guests could arrive to the brunch room at their own leisure and get to eating, while our chefs also grilled sausages and bacon to order for fresh rolls and wraps.
It doesn’t get much more extensive than that for a wedding dining service!
