As the UK’s leading hog roast catering service, Hog Roast Broxburn is always coming up with new and exciting ways to entice our clients; and one of the main ways in which we do this is by keeping on top of the latest food trends and setting new ones when inspiration strikes. Most recently, we added loaded fries to all of our menus and already they have proven a popular choice among new and existing clients alike – so much so in fact, that we have even received multiple bookings from people asking us to serve them on their own as a standalone menu!
Since one of our main aims is to offer our customers limitless choices, the Hog Roast Broxburn catering team is always more than happy to serve even what some would class as the most unusual buffet requests. But as proud food lovers, no menu is off-limits for us, so when Christy tentatively asked us to serve our newest addition at her son’s football match over the weekend, we couldn’t wait to impress her while getting some vital feedback from some of our younger fans.
With a literal football team to feed as well as the supporting parents, siblings and external family members who were expected to attend, Hog Roast Broxburn opted for more inclusive toppings in the hopes of pleasing each of the 100 guests which Christy was very pleased with. Before long, the news of our involvement had spread like wildfire and the thought of indulging in our most recent creation was a much-needed distraction from the pre-game jitters the boys were feeling ahead of their big match.
As the footballers got their head in the game last Saturday, Hog Roast Broxburn set up our catering gazebo on the sidelines and got started on preparing the homemade golden fries which they smothered with generous helpings of our signature slow roasted BBQ pulled pork, melting cheese, zesty slaw and a variety of delicious sauces. Despite their apprehensions, it was a landslide victory for the team and after warming-down, they raced over to the buffet table where they eagerly stuffed their faces with the irresistible food.
