Our dedicated Hog Roast Blackwaterfoot expert chefs and catering assistants work very hard to always provide excellent service, and always with a smile, while preparing, cooking and serving mouthwatering food that all of your guests will enjoy. While we’re proud of our amazing traditional hog roast centrepieces, which we’ve perfected over many years, we’ve also perfected various menus in order to provide our customers with plenty of alternative and additional options too.
Whether you’re inviting guests with dietary needs or ones who would prefer a different meat, or you’re thinking of having a multi-course menu served, Hog Roast Blackwaterfoot has you covered, each and every time. Vegans, vegetarians and those following a plant-based diet could be enjoying homemade dishes like veggie skewers or burgers, mac and cheese, salad or quiche, while those intolerant or allergic to gluten can actually eat our pigs in buns (which you may know as hog roast rolls), as long as we have advance notice so that we know to take along gluten-free bread rolls or wraps for those guests on the day.
Replacement meat dishes like spit-roasted turkey, chicken, lamb or beef, or barbecued burgers, sausages and ribs, can be made for guests who don’t eat hog roasts, or we can make one of our fabulous speciality menus instead, while you’ll also see that we have a good variety of starters, sides, desserts and even handmade canapés on offer, in case you’re after several courses. We really do have something for everyone!
Nevertheless, Hog Roast Blackwaterfoot is often asked for one of our infamous hog roasts to be freshly prepared, cooked and served at the venue of your choice, but over the weekend, we did just that with two hog roasts rather than one, for a large local event. After preparing the meat with plenty of water and salt, the two pigs sizzled away for hours on end while we kept an eye on them, and later in the day, we prepared our own-recipe sage and onion stuffing and apple sauce, sliced the soft bread rolls and arranged them with the floury wraps, set out various condiments, and then finally, we had two beasts to carve up in order to satisfy everyone’s hunger.
