Hog Roast Shotts – Lunch in the Office on Us

Our stylish corporate catering often comes in many forms, from helping to feed huge networking events amongst various businesses of hundreds of guests, or to client deals when a business wants to try the old “wine and dine” tactic to help get a deal over the line, or boardroom or team meetings when the workload needs a little bit of extra fuel to push through. But sometimes with corporate catering it is as simple as a manager wanting to give their team a well-deserved break and reward as thanks for a job well done.

That was the case with Sandra and her consultancy firm who had just completed one of their biggest client projects to date since she began the business 4 years ago. Now at a team of 13, Sandra thought it time due that the team took a break after a fairly intensive two months, so of course where else do you come when looking to reward a team than to the delicious catered delights of Hog Roast Shotts! Our foods and incredible services are all the incentive needed to get any job pushed through!

Sandra has called upon Hog Roast Shotts on previous occasions, typically during consultancy meetings with new clients to help leave a positive lasting impression for her business, so she knew exactly what to expect from the team: quick, efficient and effective service that dazzles and delights!

Sandra opted for our Alfresco menu for their Friday lunch last week, hoping to enjoy our lighter platters together with our renowned hog roast and all of its wonderful accompaniments. While the pig roast continued cooking on the spit, our catering manager sliced up fresh Italian meats and cheeses and dished them out on the platter board with artisanal breads and oils to accompany.

As the roast was carved we put the finishing touches to our fresh heritage tomato and buffalo mozzarella salad and homemade coleslaw, while our roasted new potatoes came fresh off the roaster too, ready for serving with our namesake roast.

Despite the mountains of food Sandra’s team of 13 devoured nearly all of it with delight, vowing to come back for more every week if they can. Well Hog Roast Shotts will certainly be there if you will guys!
