Feeling 22! Hog Roast Edrom at 22nd Birthday Party

Hog Roast Edrom were swiftly enamoured with a party that their Taylor Swift fanatic wanted to throw in order to celebrate her own 22nd birthday. The client wanted a fun filled party and the team were only too glad to work with the client to put together a buffet menu for her party.

Hog Roast EdromThe clients party was to take place at the Edrom Town Hall, where there was a big enough indoor space for the Hog Roast Edrom Chef to work on preparing all the dishes fresh on site in the hours leading up to the 8pm serving time. As part of the catering budget the client selected the team provided high quality disposable crockery and cutlery for the guests to use, as well as takeaway containers for the end of the evening, so that any food that was left over would be taken home and enjoyed by the guests.

The menu the client chose had lots of delicious dishes to meet every dietary requirement of her guests. The buffet table would be heavily laden with tasty treats for all, including grilled vegetable wraps and halloumi skewers as a vegetarian option. Alongside this there were platters of BBQ Pork Butt, Texan 24hr Beef Brisket, Creole spiced quart of lamb and a tangy sauce selection including: Stubbs Legendary Hickory Bourbon BBQ sauce. There was also plenty of other platters with Memphis style Crunchy Coleslaw, Corn Cobettes, spiced jacket wedges and much more; all of which was made by hand at the venue in the hours leading up to the serving time.

After the food had been enjoyed by the ravenous party goers, and the rest of it packed into the takeaway containers, the team from Hog Roast Edrom quietly tidied away. They took with them any rubbish generated from the catering of the event, which they would then dispose of responsibly, before quietly leaving the venue feeling very satisfied with the service they provided.

The client was delighted with the hard work from the team, she and her guests had a wonderful time. The client was especially delighted that her catering met her budget and that even though her budget was of a moderate size the detail and quality of work she received on the food for her event was priceless.
