Hog Roast Brechin Handled A Hog Roast And Ceilidh Night!

Hog Roast Brechin”Hog Roast Brechin’s caterers are a lovely bunch for whom nothing is ever too much trouble”; that’s according to our latest client, Helen, who recently relied on our team to help her put on a splendid evening for guests at a hog roast and ceilidh night!

Having heard from fellow event organisers that Hog Roast Brechin offers the best grub in Lanarkshire, Helen had her sights set on our services from the moment the tickets for her event went on sale – and as you can probably already tell, we most definitely lived up to her high expectations!

Helen’s event was in aid of charity, so while the client wanted a wow-worthy menu, it was imperative that it was also within her budget. With that in mind, our catering manager had suggested serving our Hog Roast Dining Menu, which includes an authentic hog roast buffet with plenty of side dishes and desserts served on real crockery for a more formal feel, along with beautifully presented charcuterie boards for each table. And, as an added bonus, it’s incredibly affordable!

Ensuring everything was perfect for this event, Hog Roast Brechin’s catering team dedicated the entire afternoon to preparing this magnificent spread, which instantly won the guests’ over with its flawless presentation.

Hog Roast BrechinOur crew, as always, had carefully laid out the buffet in an aesthetically-pleasing manner, beautifully showcasing the selection of salad options, gourmet coleslaw, freshly-baked rolls, vegan-friendly grilled vegetable kebabs and the perfectly-cooked hog roast, which was accompanied by punchy applesauce, sage and onion stuffing and lightly salted crackling.

Hog Roast Brechin’s signature feast was just what the guests were in need of after working up an intense appetite on the dance floor, and they were instantly impressed with the potent flavours of each dish, which had the majority of them returning for extra helpings!

Fortunately, Hog Roast Brechin always makes a little extra food, allowing us to cater to those extra ravenous guests, so everyone was able to fully satisfy their savoury cravings before the desserts were rolled out. Profiteroles and cheesecake brought this phenomenal spread to a close and ended the night on a high note.
